Clay Drinko

Clay started teaching in the Bronx and Brooklyn public schools before joining the team at High Meadow. He has a Ph.D. in drama and theatre studies from Tufts and a Master's degree in adolescent education and one in performance studies from NYU. Clay was an Arthur Miller theater teacher fellow in the city and earned the McCarthey Dressman teacher development grant this year to expand and improve the capstone program at High Meadow. Clay loves the creativity of designing engaging, inspiring learning opportunities at High Meadow and is excited to try out new writing and history units and projects this year.
