Shelley Somers

Shelley Siomers is the Lower School Division Director at High Meadow School. A lifelong educator, she has experience teaching at all grade levels, 1-12, and has worked in both private and public schools. She was most recently the Principal of Middlesex Middle School in Darien, Connecticut for five years, where she was focused on team building, curriculum development, and social and emotional learning. Shelley is the mother of four adult children, grandmother of six, and an avid hiker. She lives in Kingston, NY with her two exuberant standard poodles, Ziggy and Cher.
