This year, we mark the 10th anniversary of High Meadow’s online auction with a nod to spring: Birds, Blossoms, and Bidding. Starting now, you can peruse over 200 goods, services, and experiences on our auction website, and Monday, March 4th, the bidding begins! (We admit the blossoms may be a few weeks off yet.)

Since 2009, this annual event has grown to be not only a significant fundraiser for our school, but also an authentic way to celebrate some of the talent and generosity that characterize our families and wider communities.
2019 will be Board Chair Stephanie Ellis’s (Rylie/alum, Rhys/6th) fifth year as chair of the event, which in 2018 raised an impressive $17,553. This year, Stephanie selected a new host website that allows us to keep all proceeds with no fees.

Proceeds from the auction help bridge the gap between income from tuition and the actual cost of running our school, helping us maintain our commitment to a meaningful financial aid program.
“I love the online auction,” Stephanie says, “because we are able to showcase so many local businesses through their donations.”

“It’s also a great way to raise funds from outside our immediate community,” she points out, “we get bids from all over the country! Don’t forget to spread the word!”
This year’s array of items spans health and wellness, home and garden, dining and tourism, music, theater, art, and professional consulting, featuring:
Bidding runs through March 21st.
