About the Course
An intuitive approach to painting inspired by abstract expressionists. This class will begin with a small 3-5 minute guided meditation and grounding practice to allow us all to center. For the remainder of class the children will be encouraged to paint how they feel. they will learn to combine color and create abstract forms and movement in their paintings while working through their thoughts and feelings of the day.
