Our staff are highly trained, passionate, and innovative professionals. They work together year-long to build an engaging, rigorous course of study, while never forgetting the importance of joy and discovery for both the students and themselves. Our teachers come to us from graduate programs, through our training program, or from other progressive learning institutions.

As part of their work, our teachers engage in the reflective teaching process, meeting twice a week as a staff and once in small groups. Here we apply two progressive education principles: Teacher as Researcher and Democracy. Teachers work in a democratic manner with each other and the administration to analyse and refine curriculum, discuss children, design class and school events, and initiate and hone policy.
