Join Steve and Kelley every half hour on the hour at the gazebo and take a visit to our pond. Find out all the amzing creature that are emerging this time of year!
Children will be assisted in programming a Sphero (a robot sphere controlled and programmed on an iPad app) unit with the goal of getting Sphero to proceed through a maze on the floor or just to a series of actions that user prefers.
See a 3d printer in action with the SUNY Creative Center for Education! Children will be able to explore designing in 3d using Tinkercad software.
Table 1 - Free Build - Children will be able to free build for as long as they want. We will supply bins of LEGO for them to work with. Table 2 - Mosaics - Children will build mosaics of their favorite characters Table 3 - Computer Art Spin and possibly another computer build that they can interact with.
Want to learn how planes fly? Children will be amazed at the awesome properties of air pressure and what they can do to a roll of toilet paper. What will happen when they can't take apart a ball no bigger then a softball? Amazing answers await within the Up,Up and Away Show.
