Language and communication skills are the cornerstone of education. Our students develop a facility with words that enables them to express feelings, perceptions, ideas, knowledge and understanding both verbally and in writing. We provide a wide spectrum of experiences: reading, writing and listening in a variety of genre and styles, and a profound appreciation for, and understanding of, the beauty and power of language. All students, preK-8, participate in weekly Spanish classes. Our goal is to become a school of proficient Spanish speakers with Spanish language and culture infusing all areas of the curriculum. |
